Rice with Blueberries

I really like this recipe for the goodnees of whole grains and berries.

So:

1/2 cup of boiled brown rice

1 clove of garlic

1 tablespoon of sliced almonds

1/2 cup of blueberries

1/2 tablespoon of olive oil

One teaspoon of lemon juice

Crush garlic, put it on a preheated frying pan with almonds and olive oil, stir fry for about 3-4 minutes, until slightly brown, add rice, stir fry another 2-3 minutes.  Put rice on a plate, add washed blueberries and lemon juice.

Easy!
