Number 3. Bulgur. Just good old bulgur with a bit butter and black pepper. So good.

I have a bit of a problem with cooking couscous – the smell of wheat is too strong – I have to put lots of lemon juice and curry or turmeric in to tune it down, but bulgur – myohmy – so good.

I take 1.5 cups of water, 1/2 of veggie boullion mix cube, add 1 cup of bulgur in boiling water, cover the pot, reduce the heat and simmer it for an hour. Add butter, and pepper in.

Bulgur is very nutritious too. One cup contains 17 gr. of protein -and lots of vitamins too. Yay to bulgur especially on rainy days.



  1. id probably suggest buying a treadmill or elliptical machine. If you have time to do the exercises at home, im sure going for a run wouldnt hurt much..
