Giving 100%

I sometimes see people at the gym who chat a lot or get on the phone while doing cardio. It appears this is a bit of waste of time and effort. I am all for multitasking, but I also believe that once committed to something I should give it 100% of what I have any given day.

Yes, there are days when I might not feel well, or I am tired or I might have an injury and thus take it easy but in general the best results are achieved from giving all your energy to a goal, and the process and understanding that I did my personal best also gives tremendous satisfaction.

So I would like to wish us all that this week we strive to give 100% to our tasks and do our (not somebody else’s) personal best 🙂
